Your right to cancel
You have the right to
cancel the order before Perfjohn delivery, without any justification nor any
penalty. You can cancel the order in My account. You
can cancel the order anytime as long as your order status is
"Pending", Once your order is shipped, please refer to "Refound
Refunds and Returns:
Only Products purchased on the www.perfjohn.com website can be returned to Perfjohn for refund or exchange. Products purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
In the event that you react to a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it.
Should a Product be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, Perfjohn will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent Products and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.
Before returning, please CLICK HERE to fill the returns form, our stuff will feedback within 2 working days about the returns address and other details. All Products must be returned to Perfjohn in good condition and unopened. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the Products back to Perfjohn.
In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt for Perfjohn to process any refund or exchange. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org in advance of your intention to return or exchange a Product, so that Perfjohn staff can assist you with a smooth transaction.
Please kindly notice that Perfjohn will deduct the shipping fee for the returns of all orders.
Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Perfjohn. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
We will do our best to process returns within 10 business days of receipt and a reimbursement will be issued through the credit card used for payment.
